Patriot Parking, Inc. is engaged in the business of operating public parking lots and garages in the Greater Philadelphia area. The company was established in 1993 and has grown to become the largest first generation parking company in the City’s central business district.  The pursuit of new expansion opportunities through the acquisition of leases and management contracts as well as the purchase of real estate continues.

Its Founder and President, Mr. Richard Zeghibe, began his career over 30 years ago and during that period has been involved in the operation of more than 200 parking locations throughout the Delaware Valley including valet as well as self-park facilities, garages and surface lots. Clients have been equally diverse, ranging from municipalities and hospitals to corporations and private investors.
